Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website.
We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you.

Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.

While we endeavour to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of clauses

Local Restringing Service
Sweet Spot Restrings offer a collection service in good faith; however the business and its agents will not be responsible for any delays in the picking up of racquets and other such items.
Likewise, the same can be said for the delivery of racquets back to the collection points by the times indicated on the website.
Where possible and feasible, notice will be given to the relevant interested parties.

Sweet Spot Restrings will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of any items left at the collection points or whilst in the time period over which racquet/ racquets are being restrung.

Sweet Spot Restrings will not be responsible for any loss of monies/ cheques made payable to P Hanlon at the collection points. Payment will still be required.

Payment will be expected in full prior to the release of racquets and other such items supplied by Sweet Spot Restrings.

Payment must be made prior to the time indicated on the website for delivery and be available for pickup at the time of delivery. The racquet will not be released until payment has been made.
If there is a perceived problem with regards to the timing of payment then notification must be given to Sweet Spot Restrings by phone or email. See contact page.
Postal Restringing Service
Sweet Spot Restrings offer a postal service in good faith; however the company and its agents will not be responsible for any delays in the restringing of racquets and other such items.
Likewise, the same can be said for the return of racquets back to the clients by the time designated in the website.
Where possible and feasible, notice will be given to the relevant interested parties.

If there is a perceived problem with regards to the timing of payment or you have encountered problems in following our online payment system then notification must be given to Sweet Spot Restrings by phone or email as soon as possible. See contact page.
Dispatch of racquets and other goods will be made via Royal Mail or other postal service deemed suitable by Sweet Spot Restrings.
The item(s) will be sent by recorded delivery only. Clients are advised to refer to The Royal Mail website to determine the difference between registered and recorded delivery.
Sweet Spot Restrings will not be responsible for any damage or loss incurred in the return/ dispatch of the racquet and other goods. The proof of posting will be sent to the client in the event of the racquet and/ or other goods not reaching their destination.
Out of Stock Items
We try and keep everything in stock, but occasionally certain items described on the website may be unavailable/ out of stock.
In these instances Sweet Spot Restrings will endeavour to contact you using the contact information you have provided us with and offer a suitable alternative or advise you of a possible delay.
If you want an item which we currently do not have, we should be able to get it within 24-48 hours direct from the manufacturers. We will keep you fully informed of the progress of any order either by email or by telephone - your choice!
Terms and Conditions in relation to strings and restringing
Sweet Spot Restrings will not be held responsible for any damage that may occur to the racquet in the restringing process. Clients leave their racquets at their own risk.
Sweet Spot Restrings will only perform a full restring. We do not repair single broken strings and such like.
Sweet Spot Restrings will not be responsible for any damage incurred in the restringing process if a racquet is restrung, outside the tension range recommended by the manufacturer of that particular racquet at the owner’s request.
This will be advised to the owner prior to the restring taking place.
Prior to any racket being restrung, it will be visually checked for breakage/cracks.
If a racket is cracked then it can still be restrung, if the owner desires, but Sweet Spot Restrings will not be responsible for any further damage incurred.
In all cases full payment must be made.
Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to Sweet Spot Restrings in its original condition (unused and in its original packaging unopened) within 30 days for a full refund, credit or exchange.
Postage costs incurred when returning goods will only be refunded if we have supplied incorrect goods (if we have made a mistake and supplied you with the wrong goods).
If you require the postage charge to be refunded please send the postage receipt back with the goods. A postage refund will not be given if we have supplied the goods you ordered.
Faulty returns are to be sent back to Sweet Spot restrings for inspection. If the goods are found to have a manufacturing fault a refund, credit or exchange to the value when purchased will be issued.

We recommend that you return goods back to us via a secure form of delivery that insures the items. If your goods are lost in the post you will then be able to claim from the carrier. Sweet Spot Restrings will accept no responsibility if the goods are lost or damaged. The goods are your responsibility until they have reached Sweet Spot Restrings.
